Paul Victor (always known as "Victor") was the son of Arthur Lott & Alice May (Rader) Young & he grew up on a family farm in Concord Township, Delaware County, OH. Victor was a student at rural Bellpoint High School when, at the age of 17, he drowned under somewhat mysterious circumstances in the nearby Scioto River. It is thought that Victor may have lost his footing while "running a muskrat-trap line" in the icy Scioto one morning before going to school. The entire student body of Bellpoint High attended Victor's funeral.
