Jordan Michael Adams, 20, of Hughesville, MO, died Thursday, July 23, 2009, in Pettis County, MO, as the result of an automobile accident.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 28, 2009, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with William W. Harlow officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery in Tipton, MO. Friends may sign the online register book at www.campbell-lewis.com.

Born June 30, 1989, in Marshall, he was the son of Michael W. Adams of rural Hughesville and Kimberly Coon Adams of Marshall. He was a 2007 graduate of Marshall High School and attended University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg where he was a member of the Honor's College and on the Dean's List.

Additional survivors include one sister, Michenna Lynn Adams of Hughesville; paternal grandparents, Jerry and Kay Adams of Tipton; maternal grandfather, Glen Coon of Hamilton, MO; maternal grandmother, Pauline Phillips of Corvallis, OR; two uncles, Rob Adams and wife Debbie of California, MO and Keith Coon and wife Laura of Butler, MO; one aunt, Sharon DeBard and husband Carl of Parker, CO; and four cousins.
