HENRY EICHELBERGER

Lexington, Oct. 16 -- Henry L. Eichelberger, prominent Lexington citizen, died early Saturday morning at the A.B. Graham home near Goshen, where he had been taken on Monday of last week for a rest. Death was due to a fall from a porch, which resulted in several broken ribs and punctured lung.

Surviving are his wife, his young son, Henry, Jr., and a brother, H. Gilbert Eichelberger, of Norfolk. He was seventy-four.

Funeral services were held in the Lexington Presbyterian church of which he was a member at two o'clock this afternoon with the pastor, the Rev. J.J. Murray, in charge. The body was taken to Staunton for interment in the family plot in Thornrose cemetery, later in the afternoon.
