Roy was the twin of Troy. He and Troy were the youngest set of mulitiple sets of twins born to Bill and Addie Adams and was probably an identical twin of his brother (the other family twins were boy - girl and could not have been identical). Roy and Troy had a very special relationship and lived as neighbors their entire adult lives.

Roy married Linda Palmer on Oct. 23, 1983.
