For many years there was no marker for Zecharriah's grave. He died in a State Sanitarium for Alcholism. His family had some bitterness at that time and no funds to place a tombstone. Nellie Pauline (Buckley) Silknitter, grandaughter, thought he should have a marker, so a few years ago she had her sister Agnes Buckley Braswell make all of the arrangements. Zecharriah was always referred to as "Zack" so she put that spelling (Zachary) on the tombstone.

There are no known photos of Zecharriah. The photo here is of his former wife and family. He and Susan were seperated or divorced by 1900.
