NOTICE
This is the fourth of a series of Notices by Gannett Fleming Corddry and Carpenter, Inc., Engineers, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, for information needed by them to complete a survey and report concerning the existing cemeteries on the Pennsylvania side of the proposed Tocks Island Lake. The survey is being made for the Philadelphia District, Corps of Engineers, for the purpose of determining the actual number of graves, the names of the deceased, and the names and addresses of the next-of-kin or nearest living relative.
This Notice seeks information about the following:
- KURTZ FARM -
Located about 2 miles south of Milford in Dingman Town between Route 209 and the Delaware River. The following names were taken from headstones.

BRINK, NANCY
There are apparently 7 other unidentified graves in the cemetery.

A visitor to this memorial (not logged in as a FindAGrave member) sent the following information about the Brinks, taken from this site:
Land warrant - Shohola
Erected September 25, 1852, from parts of Lackawaxen, Milford and Westfall
Last Name, First Name, Acres, Perches
Brink Emanuel 390 20
Brink Henry 201 120
Brink Henry 415 15
Brink Henry 55 70
Brink Henry 77 16
Brink Nancy 63 11
Given that the Nancy Brink memorialized here died in 1850, it may warrant investigation into why her name is listed above in 1852 when Sholoa Township was founded. Perhaps there was more than one lady of her name in the area.
