Minnie M. Weidner, age 91, of Calumet City, IL, passed away Friday, May 10, 2002, at St. James Hospice House in Chicago, IL. She was the loving sister-in-law of Mary Weidner of LaPorte, IN and Hazel Weidner of Alexandria, VA; she was the fond aunt of nine nieces and seven nephews, and also the fond great-aunt of 34 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, six brothers, and five sisters. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 13th at 8 p.m. at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Rd., Lansing, with Dr. Edward Messal officiating. Visitation will be Monday at 5 p.m. until the time of services. Interment will be at McKinley Memorial Gardens in Winamac, IN, on Tuesday May 14th at 10 a.m.
