The son of the late Elias and Elizabeth Failor Barrick, he was a member of the Bloserville Evangelical United Brethren Church.
In addition to William E., three other sons survive, J.Russell, Carlisle; Ira A, Carlisle R.D.4, and Elias of Shermansdale R.D.1. Other survivors are one daughter, Mrs Cora Hurley, Carlisle R.D.3, a brother, Samuel, of Bloserville; 27 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 from the Shulenberger Funeral Home, with burial in Westminster.
