Gladys Drew, 95, of Berne and formerly of Geneva, died
Friday, March 10, 2000, at Adams County Memorial Hospital
in Decatur. The Berne native was a member of First United
Methodist Church, Mary Martha Circle and Order of Eastern
Star 263, all in Geneva.
Surviving are a son, Robert Cook of Indianapolis; stepsons
Thomas Drew of Columbia City and Robert Drew of Zeland,
Mich.; stepdaughters Jane Heller of Texas and Marge Gillion of
Colorado Springs, Colo.; a sister, Agnes Kelley of Berne; 15
grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. She was preceded
in death by her husband, Thurman, a brother and a sister.
Services are 10 a.m. Tuesday at Downing Funeral Home,
Geneva, with calling one hour before services. Calling is also
from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Decatur
Cemetery.
Memorials are to the church.
