Mrs. Josephine Bond, 91, a resident of Long Beach for about 50 years, died at her home on Pineville Road Sunday morning. Mrs. Bond was born, February 24, 1863 in Saucier. She is survived by the following children: Mrs. V. B. Bobinger, Mrs. J. C. Alexander, Mrs. W. R. Beech, Mrs. H. A. Allen, Henry Bond and Edward Bond, all of Long Beach; one brother S. R. Scarborough, Long Beach, 30 grandchildren, 80 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren. The body was taken from Riemann's Funeral Home to the residence on Pineville Road where funeral services will be held this afternoon at 4:30 o'clock. Rev. Greenwood, pastor of the Zion Baptist Church, Long Beach, will officiate. Interment will be in the Allen Cemetery.

Greenwood, pastor of Zion Baptist Church, Long Beach, officited. Burial was in Allen Cemetery with William B. Alexander, Maurice Alexander, H. A. Allen Jr., Revis Bobinger, Eugene Allen and Edgar Alexander serving as pallbearers.
