A former county man, Henry Lindsey, 77, died Wednesday, November 18, 1961 at Rogers, Arkansas. He was a brother of Mrs. Alene Eads.

Born at Bonham,he came to Wellington as a boy, grew up at Aberdeen, and remained until he and Miss Jeffie Pettitt of Quail were married in the early 1930's. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. B.C. Lindsey.

He was a longtime resident and a retired hospital worker.

Funeral services and burial were at Rogers on Friday. Mrs. Eads and her son Jack Eads of Clarendon attended.

Survivors are his wife; three children, Mrs. George Rowe of San Antonio, Mrs. Guy Blevins of Little Rock and Norman Lindsey of Fort Hood; three sisters, mrs. Eads, Mrs. Louella Steen of Plainview and Mrs. Mildred Housden of Bryan.
