Gertrude G. Miller
Gertrude G. MILLER, 87, 719 Monroe street, died at 8:20 p.m. Sunday in Woodlawn hospital where she was admitted Saturday.
Born Jan. 27, 1886, in Fulton county, she was the daughter of George R. and Effie BACON COLLINS. Her marriage was March 30, 1904, at Nyona Lake to Lovell G. MILLER. He died July 7, 1957. A lifetime resident of Fulton county, she was a member of the Trinity United Methodist church, the Woodlawn hospital and Eagles lodge auxiliaries and the Green Oak and Senior Citizens clubs.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Merl (Dorothy) RICHTER, Rochester; two step-grandchildren, Mrs. Lawrence (Mary Katherine) CULLIVAN, Rochester, and Robert D. MOORE, South Bend two sisters, Mrs. Murrell (Ethel) REAM, Rochester, Mrs. Roy (Lucy) HATTERY, South Bend. One son and a granddaughter prceded in death.
Final rites will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Zimmerman Brothers funeral home. The Rev. Morris HOWELL will officiate. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. cemetery in Rochester. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Tuesday.
The family has requested that memorials other than flowers be made to the Heart Fund.
