James F. Brownlee, 59, of Star Route B, Staunton, died at University of Virginia Hospital this morning (Sept. 15, 1967).
He was born in Augusta County, Feb. 7, 1908, a son of William H. and Rebecca (Wright) Brownlee. Mr. Brownlee was associated with Simmons Parts Co. for 19 years and was a member of Hebron Presbyterian Church.
Survivors are his widow Mrs. Louise (Shover) Brownlee; a son, Dale Edward Brownlee, at home, a step-daughter, Miss Wilda Shover of Staunton; one brother, William A. Brownlee of Staunton, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Burial will be in Thornrose Cemetery.
