Age 86, of Prestonsburg, died Friday, August 8, 1997, at Highlands Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, following a long illness. Born September 19, 1910 at Hippo, she was the d/o the late John Riley and Lizzie Click Prater. She was a member of the Martin Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Haskell Bailey. Survivors include two sons, Arnold Bailey of Hippo and Charles S. Bailey of Langley; one daughter, Liz Allen of Allen; one brother, Jack Prater of Hippo; one sister, Susie Ferguson of Redbush; 12 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were Sunday, August 8, at 2 p.m., at the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, with Gary Mitchell officiating. Burial was in Davidson Memorial Gardens at Ivel
