Nesbit, Mississippi - LOURAINE C. GOFF passed away December 12, 2007 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto in Southaven. Mrs. Goff was a lifelong Memphian until she moved to Nesbit five years ago. She retired from First Baptist Church, where she was a nursery worker. She was a Methodist and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary to the V.F.W. #1965. Mrs. Goff is survived by her daughter, Frances Schumacher (Bud); two sons, John Billett (Mich) and Danny Billett; a daughter-in-law, Glenda Grant, six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 12-2 p.m. Friday at High Point Funeral Chapel, with services beginning at 2 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the Heart Association, Grace C.
