Mrs. Nellie Logan, 65, of Decatur, widow of James M. Logan, died Tuesday in Decatur and Macon county hospital. She was born near Turpin in S. Wheatland township Sept. 23, 1868. All of her life was spent in Macon county. She had resided in Decatur for about six months.
She and James M. Logan were married Aug. 14, 1906. Mr. Logan died here Feb. 17, 1934. She leaves a son by a former marriage, Lonnie Lackey of Long Beach, Calif. Two children preceded her in death. She leaves three sisters, Mrs. Lula Glan, Decatur, Mrs. Nannie E.Thornhill,Kansas City, Mo., and Mrs. Fannie B.Lenahan, Long Beach, Calif.
The funeral will be Wednesday with burial in Mt. Zion cemetery.
