Nelle Cooper McCuistion, 92 of South Chamberlain Avenue, Rockwood, died Thursday, Feb. 19 at the U.T. Select Specialty Hospital in Knoxville. She was a member of Whites Creek Baptist Church and a member of the Rockwood Order of the Eastern Star # 382.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ford P. McCuistion, Sr., son, Richard J. McCuistion; twelve brothers and sisters.
Survivors include Sons; Bill McCuistion and wife, Evelyn, Dwaine McCuistion and wife Sandra, and Glen McCuistion and wife Sharon all of Rockwood. Ford McCuistion and wife Jenny of Dutton, Ala; daughter -in-law Marie McCuistion of Rockwood. 18 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, Feb. 22 at 2.p.m. at Whites Creek Baptist Church with the Revs. Charles Kelley, Hascue Carter and Roger Britton officiating. Graveside and interment will follow in Roane Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday, Feb. 21 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Evans Mortuary.
