Funeral for Clyde Curtis Callahan, 71, of Hartselle was to be today at 1 p.m. at Parkway Funeral Home with Ray McWhorter and J.B. Snyder officiating.
Burial was to be in Red Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Callahan died Sunday at Hartselle Medical Center. He was born September 4, 1923, in Lawrence County. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He was a World War II Army Veteran and was a retired heavy equipment operator for Redstone Arsenal.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Callahan; one brother, Pruitt Callahan of Danville; and two sisters, Inez Rogers of Decatur and Rena Knoblock, both of Decatur.
Pallbearers were to be Dale McGregor, Derry Vest, Don Long, Kenneth Clark, Dwight Coffey and Kenneth Murphy.
