Hannah Whittemore, daughter of Joseph & Ruth (Eustis) Whittemore was born in Rumney Marsh (now Chelsea), Suffolk, Massachusetts 20 September 1728. Her father died in 1735, and her mother married (2nd) 4 June 1737, Abraham Kendall. When Hannah was 10 years old, her uncle, William Eustis, was appointed her guardian on 13 June 1738.

Hannah Whittemore and John Kendall/Kendel were married in Pepperell, Middlesex, Massachusetts 16 April 1747.

Hannah Kendall, widow of John, died in Dunstable, Middlesex, Massachusetts 30 April 1812.
