He's my big brother. So, call me his "baby brother".

----------------------------------------------------

He was the second child (first son) of Herbert F. Stevens, Jr. and Margaret M. (Waldorf) Stevens Tracy.

He graduated from Hall-Dale High School, located in Farmingdale, Maine (serving both Hallowell and Farmingdale, Maine) with the class of 1971.

He formed and operated Kennebec Taxi in Augusta, Maine. He bought out North Taxi and combined them into K & N Taxi. After retiring from being a taxi driver he volunteered at Kennebec Valley Community Action Program (KVCAP) transporting people for many years.

His passions included people, especially his children and grandchildren and cars. He could easily tell you the year make and modle of almost any car he saw. He always loved to talk and tinker and sometimes got to do both at the same time. He was also a Notary Public. He was always willing and enjoyed helping people.

He was predecesed by an infant son, Adam Stevens and his father, Herbert F. Stevens, Jr.

Since the time of his passing his mother, Margaret M. Tracy and his half-brother William Y. Stevens have passed away.

Surivors include two sons, O. Troy Stevens and William (Bill) Stevens: a daughter Tammy L. (Stevens) Miller. Also, two brothers O. Jacob Stevens and Earl C. Stevens: three sisters Mary P. Nunan, Amy M. Stevens and Susan M. Nay. Additionally He is survived by his half-brother Horace F. Stevens. At the time of his passing he was survived by two grandchildren, he now has five grandchildren. He has many nieces, nephews, great neices and great nephews.

He is and will always he missed by his family.
