She is the daughter of James C. & Daisy H. Snyder Phillips. On June 29, 1946 she married Harley R. Elder and when he had passed away she married again on June 11, 1994 to Norman F. Staley. Her children are John, Mary, and Shirley. She is well known in her town as the Avon Lady and always willing to help out friends and family. Everyone will miss her sweet smile.
