Frances Elizabeth Soetaert, 86, southwest Kansas City, died Dec. 28, 1991, at Saint Joseph Health Center. She was born in Nauvoo, Ill., and moved to this area in 1965. Mrs. Soetaert was a past member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Elizabeth Thoren, Elgin, Ill.; a brother, Ed Morrill, Stuart, Fla.; a sister, Ida Hataway, Green Acres City, Fla.; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Cremation. The family suggests contributions to the National Kidney Foundation.
