Della Marjorie, daughter of Clifford and Lillian Haley, was born April 10, 1924 at Carbon, Iowa, and departed from this life July 23, 1935 at the hospital at Iowa City, Iowa, at the age of eleven years, three months and thirteen days on illness of six weeks.
Della Marjorie was baptized June 8, 1924, in the Strand Lutheran Church.
She leaves to mourn her departure her parents, one brother, Virgil, two sisters, Lois Marie and Twylla Pauline, her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. H. L. Hendrickon and Mr. and Mrs. Simon Haley, a great grandfather, Mr. Tom Larson and a great grandmother, Mrs. Annie Hendrickson, also many other relatives and friends. Blessed be her memory.
Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon, July 25, at the Strand Lutheran church, conducted by the Rev. Nels M. Flugum and interment was made in the Strand cemetery.
