Susannah (Meacham) Abbott was the daughter of Isaac and Lydia (Blanchard) Meacham. She was the wife of Capt. John Abbott, Jr. They were married Cambridge, Washington Co., New York in 1770. John died March 30, 1835.∼Susannah was the daughter of Captain Isaac Meacham of Enfield, Hartford County, Connecticut and Lydia Blanchard Meacham of Massachusetts. Isaac was married twice. Isaac and Lydia were married in 1745 in Enfield, Hartford County, Connecticut. Isaac and Lydia had eight children. They were: Elizabeth Meacham was born on 30 October 1747 in Enfield, Hartford County, Connecticut; Isaac Meacham was born on 25 December 1748 in Enfield, Hartford County, Connecticut; Jacob Meacham was born on 31 August 1750 in Warren, Worcester County, Massachusetts; Abraham Meacham was born on 24 July 1753 in Enfield, Hartford County, Connecticut; Lydia Meacham was born on 02 February 1755 in Warren, Worcester County, Massachusetts; Susannah Meacham was born on 23 November 1756 in Warren, Worcester County, Massachusetts; John Meacham was born on 15 June 1760 in Warren, Worcester County, Massachusetts; and Ichabod Meacham b: 15 Aug 1762 in Warren, Worcester County, Massachusetts. Isaac married Abigail Seeley on 19 May 1764 in Warren, Worcester County, Massachusetts. Abigail and Isaac had three children. They were: Lydia Meacham was born on 01 January 1765; Mollie Meacham was born on 11 January 1765; and Simeon Meacham was born on 30 August 1766. All of Abigail and Isaac's children were born in Warren, Worcester County, Massachusetts.
