Welvin was united in marriage to Louise Kinkade on June 17, 1937 in Grovesprings, Mo and to this union eleven children were born. Welvin loved to fish. He was a loving father, grandpa, and great grandpa. His family was so grateful that he was able to have a good life and to do whatever he wanted to do.
He was preceded in death by; his parents, wife Louise, one daughter Irene Dinwiddie, three grandchildren.
Welvin is survived by; four sons, William Lee Dinwiddie of Cross Timbers, MO, Kenneth Dinwiddie of Buffalo, MO, Edgar Dinwiddie and Karl Dinwiddie of Elkland, MO, six daughters, Mary Hoskins of Marshfield, MO, Dolly Seitz of Nevada, MO, Linda Jones of Niangua, MO, Nadine Bunch of Elkland, MO Barbra Evens of Lebanon, MO, Teresa Bunch of Marshfield, MO. Forty-two grand children and forty-two great grand children.
Welvin will be greatly miss by all who had the pleasure of knowing and loving him.
