SERVICES FOR MRS SMAIHALL SET 4 O'CLOCK
Mrs Mary Jane Smaihall, 70, died at a local hospital at 4pm Wednesday after an illness of some time.
Mrs Smaihall was the widow of the late Joseph Smaihall, and a daughter of the late Mr and Mrs O W Burton, who located in Orange 100 years ago this year. She was born and reared in Orange where she spent all her life.
Surviving her are two sons, Everette Smaihall of Beaumont and Grover Smaihall of West Monroe La; one sister Mrs Ann Mosier, two brothers, John and Fred Burton, all of Orange, also one grand daughter.
She was a member of the North Orange Baptist Church.
