Fayette County - OLTON LEE "SHORTY" FEATHERS, 81, of the Moscow Community, retired from Memphis Equipment Company, U.S. Army & Air Force Veteran and husband of Lelia (Sally) Glover Feathers died June 15, 2009. Services 11 a.m. Thursday at Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland. Interment with Military Honors Fayette County Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Peebles.
