She was born June 28, 1907, in Tupelo, Miss, and married Edgar Clark in December 1925 in Slaton, Texas.
A member of Northside Baptist Church, she and her husband worked a farm in Texas. They owned grocery stores in Lovington and Hobbs in the late 1950s and '60s. Mrs. Clark was a church nursery worker and had been a caregiver in Hobbs for a number of years.
She was preced in death by her parents, Tempie Lee Strange Wigginton and James William Wigginton and her husband Edgar Clark.
Survivors include two sons, Wayne Clark of Lovington and Burnice Clark of San Jose, Calif.; two daughters, Barbara Laing of Albuquerque and Joan Dobb of Garland, Texas; a brother, Bill Wiggington of Temple, Texas; a sister, Ruth McKnight of Temple; 12 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and many great-great-grandchildren.
