Gurvis Lewayne Dillon was born to Loular and Marion Joshua
Dillon on 21 Jan 1927 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He went to school in Chandler Oklahoma and helped the family in
their share cropping and cotton picking as a young boy. He
later became a general laborer.
Gurvis served in the US Army and the Navy.
Gurvis died at the age of 78 Saturday Feb 12,2005 in
Mcloud,Oklahoma. He is survived by three sons and one daughter.
