Lebanon, Kentucky
George Harrison Roller, 58, died on May 8, 1973. He was found in the downtown Louisville area where he had been beaten to death. A native of Marion County, he was the son of the late James William "Jim Dick" and Addie (Willard) Roller. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Louise (Cooley) Roller; his daughters, Betty Roller and Wanda Hibbard, both of Louisville; his sons, Eugene Roller and Kenneth Roller, both of Louisville; his sisters, Lettie Jane Burkett of Gravel Switch and Lottie Miller of Mauckport, Indiana; his brother, Roy May Roller of Chicago, Illinois; and seven grandchildren. Funeral services were held yesterday at Gravel Switch Bosley Chapel with Rev. Eugene Smith officiating. Burial was in Ryder Cemetery.
