Susie Florence Seabolt was the only surviving child of Josiah Fields Seabolt and his 1st wife, Cynthia Agnew Seabolt. Her mother died when she was just one year old. Susie had nine younger half-siblings.

Susie married four times:
(1) John Wesley Harris, they had one son, Joseph Anderson Harris (1893-1966). In the Cherokee Tribe application file of Henry Vann, Susie's 1st husband is identified as Wesley Harris, a non-citizen, whom she married abt 1892, and who was recorded as being deceased.

(2) Henry Clay Vann, b. 20 Aug 1874 (divorced, no children), son of Turner & Martha Vann. Susie is listed as Susie Vann, nee Seabolt, Henry's wife of 3 years (Dawes Roll #4024), age 24, 1/2 Cherokee by blood in his 1900 Cherokee application file. Also step-son, Joseph A Harris (Dawes Roll #4025), age 6, 1/4 Cherokee by blood. They are listed together on census card #4180 and again on the Final Index & Roll of the Cherokee Tribe on 1 Sep 1902.

(3) Clarence Neely Haggard (divorced, no children)

(4) Cyrus Ferry Watts (1873-1960), married 27 Oct 1908 in Sequoyah County, OK. She is listed as Mrs. Susie Harris, age 32 of Maple, OK on the marriage record. Cyrus & Susie adopted a daughter, Pauline J Watts (1912-1974). Cyrus and Pauline Watts Woodward are buried in Greenhill Cemetery, Muskogee Co., OK.

Susie Florence Watts was fondly remembered by her nephew, James Linsy Riggs (1915-1995), as his "Aunt Susie". She made him a quilt of his school colors (purple and yellow) when he graduated from high school. Another nephew, Jack Dempsey Seabolt (1924-1984), remembered he & his father (Susie's half-brother, Charles Emmet Seabolt) visiting her when she was in the hospital in Muskogee.
