Ruth Beckius, 74 died Monday (June 10, 1968)at Schuyler Memorial Hospital after an eight week illness. Funeral services will be Thursday at 8:30 am at the Kucera Rozanek Chapel in Schuyler and at 9 am at St. Augustine's Catholic Church with Fr. Walters O.S.D.k officiating. Burial will be in the Presentation Cemetery, Marietta in Bellwood. Rosary will be tonight at 5 p.m. for Study Club and at 8 pm for the parish.

Miss Beckius was born June 25, 1893 to Nicholas and Cathryn Haubris Beckius in Octavia and lived in Colfax County for 60 years.

Survivors include a sister Adelaide, and nieces and nephews.
