She was the wife of THOMAS MILTON ATKINS, daughter of JOHN and ELLIE BOILING HAWKINS.

Greer - Mrs. DELLA HAWKINS ATKINS, 58, died at her home in the Holly Springs section Friday night following a three weeks illness. She was the widow of the late THOMAS MILTON ATKINS. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 11 o'clock from the Motlow Creek Baptist Church of which she was a member. The Rev. WALTER HARRISON will officiate and will be assisted by the Rev. MERLE BIVENS. Surviving Mrs. ATKINS are the following children: MESDAMES ANNIE CLAYTON, JENNIE STATON, MINNIE SLOAN and MARIE McABEE, all of Inman Route 3, SUSIE STOKES, Greer Route 2, MAGGIE SLOAN and JULIA CLAYTON, both of Campobello Route 3; B. C. and T. Z ATKINS, of Greer, and GEORGE ATKINS of Greenville. In addition, two brothers survive; ROBERT HAWKINS of Spartanburg and CORNELIUS HAWKINS, of Inman. The active pallbearers will be CLARK and STANLEY ATKINS, RAYMOND and CLARENCE NODINE and CLYDE and JOHN HAWKINS. Honarary pallbearers follow; J. H. MILLS, S. P. CLAYTON, D. N. CLAYTON, J. N. GAINES, J. H. ATKINS, A. H. VAUGHN, and S. D. ATKINS.
