Omer KEEL died early this afternoon at his home east of Woodrow school. The bod was taken to the Foster funeral home where final rites are pending.

Omer Keel
Funeral services for Omer H. KEEL, 77, who died Wednesday at his farm home three miles southeast of here, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Foster Funeral Home. Burial will be in the IOOF cemetery.
Born Nov. 27, 1873, he was the son of Thomas and Sarah Ann KEEL and was a lifelong resident of Fulton county. His first marriage May 16, 1896, was to Orah Pearl MILLER, who preceded him in death. On Oct. 20, 1947, he married Mrs. Louella JOHNSON.
A member of the IOOF, he is survived by the wife; a son, Burl [KEEL], Peru; three grandchildren; a brother, Solomon [KEEL], Rochester; a sister, Mrs. Bess CUMMINGS, Rochester, and the following step-children: Ford JOHNSON, Rochester, Mrs. Charles SHAW, Mississippi, Sammy and Serris [JOHNSON], South Bend; Winifred PORTER, Logansport.
Two sons preceded him in death. The body will be taken to the residence this afternoon and returned to the funeral home Saturday for final rites.
