FUNERAL SERVICES HELD FOR CAR CRASH VICTIM CASHMERE, Wash., Nov. 26.- The funeral of Alvin Hoefner of Cashmere, who was instantly killed in an auto accident on the Martin highway Tuesday returning home. from Eastern Washington College of Education at Cheney, was held today at Dryden Congregational church, the Rev. William Frieboes, pastor, officiating.
Hoefner was a graduate of the Cashmere high school, class of 1946, and served in the Army of occupation in Japan.
He was discharged this spring. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Hoefner, reside west of Cashmere..
