Funeral services for Mrs. Montoria Clark, 75, who died Tuesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. M.H. Akers, at Allisonia, were held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Methodist church there. The rites were conducted by the Rev. Carr Jones with burial in the family cemetery. She is survived by the following children, in addition to Mrs. Akers, Mrs. Lee Reece, of Welch; Mrs. D.C. Grey, of Leesburg; Mrs. E.T. Sutphin, of Herndon; J.H. Clark, of Alexandria; E.V. Clark, of Galax; and O.E. Clark, of Christiansburg. Pallbearers were Clinton Reece, Burton Allison, Arnold Craighead, D.C. Grey, Robert Hanks and Creed Patrick. Flower bearers included Ruth McCormick, Elva Phillips, Edna Hanks, Pauline Lawson, Pauline Allison, Ann MeCornick, Mildred Clark, Marie Patrick, Gladys Clark, Sybil Craighead, Mattie Palmer, Peggy Allison and Marie Goad.
