Mrs. Mardis
Mrs. Sarah Frances Mardis, 69, of Alabama Masonic Home in Montgomery, died this morning at 4 a.m. at Colbert County, Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Providence Baptist Church in Lawrence County. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
She was a member of the Hatton Chapter of Eastern Star and a member of Sanderson Chapel Church.
Survivors include one son, Robert K. Mardis, Town Creek; two brothers, Thomas and William Burden, both of Town Creek; one sister, Mrs. Mary Simmons, Courtland.
The body will be at Mays-Brown Service Funeral Home until time for services.
