Mr. Wood passed away Saturday, May 16, 2009, in Marshall. He was born May 7, 1933, in Shawnee, Oklahoma, to Oscar Greenwood Wood and Iva Lavina Stroud Wood. He was a Mason.
Survivors include his wife, Sally Ann Turner Wood; sons, Steven Wood, Danny Wood, Eugene Turner, and Terry Turner; daughter, Dorothy Turner; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Iva Wood; his first wife, Melba Loretta Tucker Wood (divorced Feb 1974); one sister; and three brothers.
