Mae Lea Clark, 82, of Gist, passed away June 19, 2004, at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont.
Born in Gist, Texas she was a lifelong resident of the area. She was a member of the New Cherry Grove Baptist Church for over 50 years.
Preceded in death by three brothers and five sisters, she was survived by her husband, Robert H. Clark, Sr.; sons, Robert H. Clark, Jr. and his wife Kathy, and Leslie D. Clark; daughter, Patricia Faries; seven grandsons and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange. Officiating will be Reverend Charles Clark, pastor of New Cherry Grove Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Williamson Cemetery.
