MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Mr. Cecil Abney, of Minneapolis, Minn., formerly of Anniston, passed away on July 7, 2007.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Abney; four daughters, Shannon, Lesa, Kelley, and Shae; two sons, Justin and Tyrie, all of Minnesota; four sisters, Lilly Mae Thomas, of Wellington, Ala., Sue Ellen Bell and Edna Glass, both of Anniston, Bobbie Woods, of Indianapolis, Ind.
He was preceded in death by his son, Tim; parents, Homer and Martha Abney; brothers, Raymond Home Jr., Johnnie and Tommie.
Mr. Abney was a lifelong resident of Alabama and had served in the U.S. Marines.
