GEORGETOWN -- Lillie Altman Robbins Nooft, 83, died Tuesday, Dec. 16, 1997, at home.

She was born Sept. 14, 1914, in Andrews, a daughter of James and Sarah Elizabeth Burroughs Altman.

She was the widow of John Robbins and Francis Nooft.

She grew up in Williamsburg County and attended Williamsburg County schools. She lived in Conway for a short time before moving to Georgetown. She was a former member of Antioch Baptist Church in Rhems.

Mrs. Nooft attended First Assembly of God Church, where she was a member of the 49ers and the Women's Ministry.

Survivors include two sons, Al Nooft of Columbia and Pat Nooft of Georgetown; three daughters, Lillie Mae Anderson, Mary Skipper and Debbie Dugan, all of Georgetown; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 7-9 tonight at Georgetown chapel of Mayer Funeral.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at First Assembly of God Church. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Georgetown County Inc., P.O. Box 1436, Georgetown 29442.
