Spartanburg - DOROTHY ELIZABETH BROWN VAUGHN, 75, of 226 Midway Drive, widow of GEORGE BAXTER "HAPPY" VAUGHN, died Nov. 2, 2002, in Sevierville, TN. A native of Spartanburg County, she was the daughter of NOEL STEADMAN and ANNIE RUTH DAVIS BROWN. Mrs BROWN was an employee of Milliken Guest House and was a member of the Una Baptist Church. Survivors: Children, LYNN BARNETT, BUTCH VAUGHN, SHERI GIBSON, WILMA BECKER and LISA BLACKWOOD, all of Spartanburg; grandchildren, JASON VAUGHN of the home, DERRICK and HEATHER BLACKWOOD of Spartanburg; and cousins reared in the home, GENE SHERBERT of Greenville. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 tonight at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Graveside services; 11 a. m. Tuesday at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Family is at 103 Tanglewylde Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29301.
