She is the mother of Edgar Fulton, Philip Eakin, Essie Craig, Emma Effie, Bessie Mabel, Earl Adair, Virgin Mary, and Recie Ethel Craft.

Mary J. Wright was born January 17, 1857 and departed this life June 18, 1934, aged 77 years and five months. She was married to Hugh N. Craft, March 13, 1878; to which this union were born nine children, three of whom preceded their mother to the grave. She is survived by her husband and six children: two sons and four daughters-E.F. Craft, of Clifton Forge; Mrs. H.B. Hutchison, of Goshen; E.A. Craft, Dehue, West Virginia; Mrs. Walter Brizendine of Barbours Creek; Mrs. E.W. Craft and Mrs. Loyd Wright of Covington. She is also survived by thirty-three grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted from the home on Wednesday, June 20th, by Minister John E. Grasty of the Christian Church. Interment in the Caldwell Cemetery three miles east of town.
