She is survived by her daughter Joan (Arlin) Judd of Coalville; son-in-law John Schofield of Del Norte, Colorado; brother Veran (Mae) Moore of Coalville; grandchildren Wade and Todd Judd, Coalville; Darren Judd, Salt Lake City; Cheryl Hadley, Mt. Pleasant; Gregory Judd, Central, Utah and Mark, Keith, and David Schofield and Ramona Sanchez of Colorado; and 23 great-grand-children.

Rhea was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, where throughout her life she held many ward and stake positions. She was a very talented pianist and organist and played on many occasions. She and her husband owned and operated Moore Motel and Moore Locker Plant for many years. She worked with the American Cancer Society for 12 years serving the Coalville area. She was a charter member of the Coalville Daughters of Utah Pioneers Camp. After retiring, she took up oil painting and has painted many beautiful pictures for family and friends. Her paintings won numerous awards at the Summit County Fair. She also enjoyed sewing and taught 4-H for many years.
Her love for her family was shown by her actions and the help she gave to them. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the light of her life. She loved going up on her range ground in the summer and fall and just riding around. She spent time deer hunting with family and friends this last fall.
The family would like to express their thanks to Dr. Wain Allen, the staff at Rocky Mt. Care Center and the doctors and nurses at the Heber Valley Medical Center
