Deaths and Funerals.
LEE.--Mrs. Grace LEE died Tuesday at her home, 1312 Byron avenue following an attack of influenza. She was the wife of H.S. Lee, of the Topeka Electric Co., and formerly Miss Grace BUFFUM, of Manhattan. Mrs. Lee was born February 2, 1832 at Lafayette, Ill.
She was married at Manhattan in 1903. Mr. and Mrs. Lee then went to California, where they remained three years, but since that time have lived in Topeka.
She is survived by her husband; one daughter, Emma Alice; her father, J.W. Buffum, of Topeka; two sisters, Mrs. F.A. ZIEGLER, of Long Beach, Cal.; Mrs. Eva FRITZ, of Galesburg, Ill.; three brothers, E.W. Buffum, of Scott City, Kan.; Herbert Buffum, and A.C. Buffum of Topeka.
The funeral services conducted by the Rev. M.M. Culpepper of Kansas City, will be held this afternoon at 2 o'clock from the residence.
Interment in Mt. Hope cemetery.
