Wife of David Thomas who died in the Civil War. Sister to Elizabeth Hobby Thomas, both daughters of James Hobby and Rebecca Rhodes.

Three daughters of James and Rebecca Hobby married three Thomas brothers, Enoch, David, and Elihu. Only Elihu survived the Civil War. Enoch was killed or died of wounds Aug. 4, 1862. The place unknown as writing was illegible on the official record. Eliphus died after serving only 6 months at Georgetown Hospital on Aug. 11, 1863.
