EDWARD YODER
Services for Edward Yoder, 85, Clovis, were held March 13 at Steed-Todd Funeral Chapel. The Revs. Herbert Bergstrom and Bob Brown officiated.

Burial was at Texico Cemetery. Steed-Todd handled the arrangements.

Mr. Yoder died March 10 at Clovis Hospital. He was born July 8, 1907, in Oklahoma. He came to Texico in 1928 from Oklahoma, and moved to Clovis in the early 1960s where he operated the service station at 21st and Prince until his retirement in 1978.

He was a Methodist and held church offices in his earlier years after moving from Oklahoma.

Surviving are 1 sister, Gracie Dane, of Texico, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 4 brothers, 3 sisters and 3 half-brothers.

Casket bearers were nephews Lee Roach, Marvin Edmonston, Russell Downey, Ira Winkles, Howard Hudson, and Bill Hudson. Honorary bearers were his friends.
