Geneva (Thatcher) Abrams

Geneva (Thatcher) Abrams, 72, Indianapolis, died Tuesday at her home. She had family members living in Shelby County.

Born May 23, 1926, in Worthington, she was the daughter of Floyd and Helen (Scott) Thatcher. She was married to Frank L. Abrams, and he preceded her in death.

Mrs. Abrams was a homemaker.

Survivors include four daughters, Patty Abrams, Indianapolis, Sandy Woods, Fairland, Sherry Apple, McCordsville, and Kathy Samuelson, Florida; three sons, Gary Abrams, Rick Abrams and Kevin Abrams, all of Greenfield; two brothers, Howard Thatcher, Florida, and Clyde Thatcher, Mooresville; six sisters, Gladys Collenbaugh, Worthington, Laura Fulk, Indianapolis, Lillian Williams and Lenona Rhoden, both of Martinsville, Lois Alumbaugh, Mooresville, and Doris Pillow, Greenwood; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Pasco Memorial Mortuary, Greenfield, with the Rev. Tom Brooks officiating. Burial will be in Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis.

Friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
