Vera Castleberry Rogers, a lifetime resident of Colquitt County, died Thursday morning from injuries received in an automobile accident.
She was 34 years old.
Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday at the Weeks Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Harold Tillery officiating.
Mrs. Rogers was born Oct. 11, 1948, in Colquitt County, the daughter of Gilbert Castleberry and Myra Watson Castleberry of Ellenton.
She was a resident of Route 8, Moultrie, and a member of the Ellenton Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Clarence G. Rogers Sr. of Route 8, Moultrie; her father and mother, Gilbert Castleberry and Myra W. Castleberry of Ellenton; two sons, Clarence G. Rogers Jr. and Tony Rogers of Route 8, Moultrie; three brothers, Roy Castleberry of Moultrie and Cleveland Castleberry and Jackie Castleberry, both of Ellenton; three sisters, Mrs. Lois Folsom of Ellenton and Mrs. Carrie Hodnett and Miss Sheri Jean Castleberry, both of Moultrie; two step sisters, Elaine Bass of Adel and Louise Niedig of Pennsylvania.
The body will remain at Henderson Funeral Home until late Saturday at which time it will be carried to her father's residence in Ellenton.
