Hannah was the daughter of John Agar and Hannah Sanderson.

She emigrated to Canada with her family in the 1830s.

Hannah was married to Duncan Cleghorn.

From the Will of John Agar the Elder, Township of Hope in the County of Durham:

"...Fourth. I give to my daughter Hannah Cleghorn, wife of Duncan Cleghorn, and her children after her the lot dwelling, house and outhouses, being a part of lot number three on the East side of Bramley Street in the Town of Port Hope..."
Hannah was the daughter of John Agar and Hannah Sanderson.
